AI-generated insights are reflective summaries derived solely from user-provided entries
and do not analyze health, diagnose conditions, or provide professional advice.
Generated insights remain private to your account unless you choose to share them.
1.4 Device and Technical Information
We may collect limited technical data required to operate the application, including:
• Device type
• Operating system version
• App version
• Anonymous usage metrics
• Error logs and crash diagnostics
This information helps maintain system performance and reliability.

reflections are available.

However, no internet-based system can guarantee complete security.

4. Data Retention
Reflection entries, generated insights, and account information are retained while your
account remains active.
If an account is deleted:
• Daily reflection entries are permanently removed
• Monthly reflection records are permanently removed
• Associated account data is permanently deleted
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
5. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their account within the application.
Upon confirmation of account deletion:
• All stored reflection entries are removed
• All generated insights are removed
• All account information is removed
Account deletion is irreversible.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
Information may only be shared in limited circumstances such as:
• With service providers that help operate the application infrastructure
• With payment processors for subscription management
• With analytics services used to improve application performance
• When required by law or legal process
Service providers are required to protect user data and may only process information as

Sharing is initiated solely by the user through the device’s operating system sharing
interface.
Private reflection notes are not automatically included in shared content unless explicitly
selected by the user.
8. Analytics and Usage Data
Usoraa may collect limited anonymous usage analytics to improve product performance.
Users may enable or disable anonymous analytics within application settings.
Analytics data does not include private reflection entries.
9. International Users
Usoraa is operated from Canada.
By using the Service, you understand that your information may be stored and processed in
Canada or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

AI-generated outputs are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You agree to

4. Assumption of Risk & Release
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with use of the App. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, you release and discharge Usoraa Inc., its directors, o icers,
shareholders, employees, contractors, and a iliates from any claims arising out of or
related to your use of the App.
5. No Reliance
You agree that you are not relying on any statement or representation not expressly stated
in these Terms.
6. AI Limitations
AI-generated content:
• Is probabilistic in nature
• May contain inaccuracies
• Does not understand personal context
You agree not to rely on AI-generated outputs as professional advice.

8. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and
warrant that you meet this requirement.
9. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Billing is
processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play). Usoraa Inc. is
not responsible for third-party billing errors, refunds, or chargebacks.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including:
• Software
• Algorithms
• Weighting systems
• Life Flow Index framework
• AI prompt architecture
• Trade secrets
• Branding
• Logos remain the exclusive property of Usoraa Inc.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the
App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
11. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Usoraa Inc. a
limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, and
generate AI-assisted outputs solely to operate and improve the App. This license
terminates upon account deletion, subject to technical backup processes.
12. Trade Secrets & Confidential Technology
The App contains proprietary methodologies, insight-generation systems, pattern analysis
frameworks and AI frameworks.
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer
• Decompile
• Recreate scoring systems
• Extract prompt structures
• Build competing systems using proprietary methodologies
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
13. Feedback
You grant Usoraa Inc. an unrestricted, perpetual right to use feedback without
compensation.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or
implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Usoraa Inc. shall not be liable for:
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Emotional distress
• Data loss
• Lost profits
Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) Amount paid in the prior 12 months; or
(b) $100 CAD.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Usoraa Inc. from claims arising from:

• Your reliance on AI outputs
17. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of accrual or it is permanently barred.
18. Mandatory Informal Resolution
You must first provide written notice and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution before
initiating arbitration or legal proceedings.
19. Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alberta on an
individual basis. You waive the right to:
• Jury trial
• Class action
• Collective proceedings
20. Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring qualifying claims in Alberta Small Claims Court on an individual
basis.
21. Mass Arbitration Procedure
If 25 or more similar claims are filed, they shall be batched in coordinated groups of up to
10 cases at a time.
22. No Public Disparagement
You agree not to make knowingly false or malicious statements about Usoraa Inc.
23. Right to Modify or Discontinue
Usoraa Inc. may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability. If
permanently discontinued, your sole remedy is a prorated refund where required by law.
24. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
25. User Data Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up important data. We are not liable for data loss,
corruption, or outages beyond reasonable control.
26. Beta Features
Beta or experimental features are provided “as is” and used at your own risk.
27. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive notices electronically.
28. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
29. Third-Party Services

30. Compliance with Laws
