Trade Secrets & Confidential Technology
The App contains proprietary trade secrets including scoring methodologies and AI frameworks.You agree not to:

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of accrual or it is permanently barred.17. Mandatory Informal Resolution
You must first provide written notice and allow 30 days for good-faith resolution before initiating arbitration or legal proceedings.18. Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alberta on an individual basis.You waive the right to:
• Jury trial
• Class action
• Collective proceedings19. Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring qualifying claims in Alberta Small Claims Court on an individual basis.20. Mass Arbitration Procedure
If 25 or more similar claims are filed, they shall be batched in coordinated groups of up to 10 cases at a time.21. No Public Disparagement
